I liked: the hotel staff, the rustically design, all clean rooms.
They should open a restaurant inside hotel building and request to local authorities to bituminize/pitch the street where the hotel is placed. It is unpleasant to drive on a street full of holes and search for a very pleasant and nice hotel.

This is a family-run business and Andre, the manager and desk clerk, is amazing. Very helpful. Very much on top of things. The hotel is new and nice. There is a lift. The rooms are rather small. (We moved into a larger room after our first night.) Breakfast is good. The place is well landscaped and has great views. Three stars, but five stars in providing service. Comfortable beds. Price is good as well. There are many, many places to sleep in Zanopane. We only know of this one.
It was hard to find this place. The hotel is on property removed from the street and is accessible only by a single lane, poorly surfaced road, rather a driveway. The first time is the worse. One suspects that the road will end up going to a garage. But, not the case. The road leads to the hotel property, a large well maintained lawn, and a large parking area. Once you get the drill down, getting there is no problem. Even so, fully loaded tour buses creep down that narrow path. So, maybe this is just Zanopane chic!

The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The staff, especially Natalie, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is well-managed and highly recommended. There is a late-night mini supermarket nearby. The pool and sauna were great, with a fresh feel. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the room was superb. There is a large green area in front of the hotel with a playground and playroom.
Couldn't fault.

Comfort,spacious room,friendly(but a bit cheeky)staff,delicious buffet breakfast,location.
We didnt get room with mountain view-small discount offered instead.Noise from surrounding areas and- the worst thing for me-smog from nearby houses chimneys. It was middle of the summer so we had to keep windows opened -every morning headache guaranteed!

This place has a great location next to Kasprowy Wierch, a ski rope-way, bus stop, and a hill, and the reception staff is incredibly friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at a lovely hotel just a short walk from the city center. Helan Family & Spa exceeded our expectations in every way. the delicious breakfast, with its wide selection of dishes, was a great start to our day. We especially enjoyed dining on the open terrace while taking in the magnificent view of the Tatra Mountains. Our room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the High Tatras and even the cable car to the mount Kasprowy Wierch. the room was quiet, thanks to good sound insulation, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the spacious car parking and the inclusion of a swimming pool and sauna area in the price. The staff were kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the room was maintained throughout our stay. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! .

It was a lovely hotel. It is a 30/40 minutes walk downhill from the centre of Zakopane which would not suit everybody. It was very clean and the food was very good. We are arranging to go back next year.
It was too far from the town of Zakopane

Very nice room, warm and cozy. Very testy food and plenty of it. If you want a location in the centre of Zakopane then is not for you a 2.5 km walk to town centre but for other things like ski lifts etc is in a very good location. A very clean well run hotel which you notice when you walk in the doors even in middle of winter when every ones foot wear is wet the floors are always clean and dry. When we go back to Zakopane will most certenty book back int this hotel,
There are no real bad points that we can say,
